Our help and information phone line is operated by volunteer Committee Members. Please note that we are not professional counsellors...just parents and family who have had loved ones come out. We offer compassionate listening, support to you based on our own personal experience, plus information and referral to other organisations or professionals.

All calls are diverted from our helpline number to a private number nominated by the current rostered volunteer, and because of this you may encounter a private phone message system, should your call go unanswered. You have not misdialled.
